Treasury Report - Discussed donations and membership income. The clubhouse power bill has doubled.

Tech Officer - The wind meter is inoperable. Chuck will investigate, may need a battery replacement.

Secretary - The February 2012 meeting was canceled due to the gate being locked.

Safety - The club officers would like to remind all pilots of the 25 foot rule. If you have questions regarding this rule please see the safety officer and/or any of the club officers.

Club Business - Steve R is working with the GGNRA regarding clubhouse access during winter evening hours. Observation signs have faded and need replacements. Steve is attending a meeting with the GGNRA to discuss replacement signs, acquiring another picnic table and replacing the current table. Some of the lights inside the clubhouse are inoperable. Tom R will get replacement LED lights.

The club would like to recognize and thank Daniel Mizyrycki for creating and upkeep of the club membership database. In recognition of his hard work a motion was passed to recognize Daniel with a free 2012 club membership.
