Funston Parking Lot and New Federal Law

Postby Dan Brown » Fri Apr 01, 2005 2:06 pm

The Club is in violation of the recently passed Equal Opportunity for Senior Americans Act (EOSAA) for failing to reserve parking spaces at the west end of the parking lot for pilots over 62. EOSAA requires equal access on all federal recreation sites.

The law makes officers of organizations violating the law subject to fines of up to $1,000.00 day.

62 isnt old anymore, especially since Bush is going raise the retirement age to 90. Where are all the new young pilots. Are we the last of the Mohekins..? Dang!
