Tom Rust brought up the 20 hour rule, and non 20 hour waivers, the pilots present voiced their opinioins, were polled, it was agreed that according to the bylaws all pilots present were eligible to vote, and / or to serve on the executive committee.

Nominations for 2013 officers were put forth.

Paper ballots for 2013 officers were circulated to all pilots present, and were then collected by Tom Low.

Zac Majors tallied the votes.

Results were then announced by Zac as follows:

President - Tracey Story

Vice President - Patrick Pannese

Secretary - Tom White

Treasurer - Van Pelham

Clubhouse Manager - Charlie Nelson

Safety Director - Steve Rodrigues

Tech Director - Chuck Kranz

Meeting was adjourned.
