Notable flights: Dave got unintentionally picked up by 35mph+ wind before making it to launch. Ben got very high at Ed Levin a few weeks ago in a wave in strong wind and took photos.

Discussion of dog issue. Dog walkers having meetings. The change at Funston is part of a larger plan to restrict off leash dogs at other places too.

Motion to waive membership fees for the Tech Officer Chuck. Seconded, vote passed.

Discussion of GGNRA waiver being removed from the membership packet. Steve has all the documents to make any changes.

Discussion of Park Liaison position, how often we should be meeting with the park service, and transparency of the Liason's communications with them.
