Clubhouse UPDATE!!!

1. Finished installing the exterior floodlight today, The switch in behind the front door, (because we dont have a back door) If its dark out and you need to use it great, please make sure its off when your finished....

2. I cleaned the floor today and had to move a bunch of things around to sweep/Mop etc.... I didnt put anything back so if you show up sunday and it looks messy thats why....I still plan to Paint the floor this wednesday the 30th @ noon so as a reminder, you wont get in from noon wed til noon thursday....

i have been out of the area , and have fallen behind on renewals , please bear with me , and those of you who have sent in checks and applications for voting members during January will get your keys and stickers this week.
Hey Rob, maybe the floor of the Clubhouse stays at exactly 52 degrees all year , same as the ocean. so we need to put a giant electric blanket on it for a month or so before paint. kind of a sticky problem
