Present : A.Delisser, M. Quinn, J.Jennings, D. Morris, T.Story, W.Whiteside, M. Jefferson, E. Mies, M. Lillidal, T.Lipke, J. Simpson, S. Morris, P. Denevan, P. Aiken, S. Rodrigues, C. Nelson, T. White.

1) Safety officer report ; Hang 2 pilots overstepping bounds of Funston H2 program. Discussion. Steve R proposes amended rules. Discussed proposal, refined and voted on proposal, passed by large margins.
2) Westlake director position eliminated, replaced by Tech officer: in favor 15, opposed 0. Dan Pifko voted into Tech position: 15 ayes, 0 nays.
3) Bylaws amended wording in section 6 : 16 ayes, 0 nays.
4) Steve reports 2 available advert sites on website.
5) Eric Mies accepted formal responsibility for accepting and processing sticker forms and cash.
6) Treasurer reports income for fiscal year to date $2100, expenses $ 2067. Account balance $7800.
7) Clubhouse mgr reports waiting list for glider space down to 3 persons. Agreed to install a sign in sheet for probationary pilots.
