Tom Jensen, training bowl director gave report. Launches are better now, some new pilots now training in the bowl, limited soaring has been working. Talked about requiring at least H-1. Discussed bowl waivers. Mark L. submitted waiver

Dan Brown proposes $200- donation to Youth Leadership Fund in the name of deceased GGNRA superintendent Brian O’Neill. In favor-18, opposed-0
Dan B says FF incorporation process muddled. Dispute between Dan and Steve over bylaws and incorporation process. Urs makes motion to have a committee review proposed bylaws and recommend one set. In favor-11, opposed-7
