Tom White reporting.
Present: Damian Dykman, Chris Valley, Dan Brown, Ted Lipke, Erik J., Mary P., Van Pelham, Rafael Lavin, Walter Whiteside, Daniel Mizrycki, Urs Kellenberger, Dingo Dave, Tom White.
Bylaw committee reported on their work on the minutes. Urs voiced concern about term limits for presidents, Dan suggested that this could be changed anytime in future. Proxy voting eliminated. Non pilot voting with board approval retained. Indemnification of officers provision retained. Committee members reported unanimous agreement worked out.
Motion to approve bylaws by Tom White, seconded, vote taken; approved 10, opposed 1.
Motion passed at this meeting, needs second vote at next mtg to be ratified.
No officers had issues to report.
