Revisited Rule #4: Extended discussion on best way to reword rule to hold all pilots accountable for their actions while providing significant clarity in rules. General consensus was to describe high risk situations in orientation documents and rely on International Ridge Soaring Rules, modification to Rule #4 and wording in Rule #5 to enforce safety standards. Eliminated "straight and level" and "speed not to exceed" section. Replaced with No Aerobatics in launch window language and description. Motion passed.
