Next Fellow Feathers Meeting; Tuesday August 12 at 7:30 PM.

Some of the topics on the agenda so far;

-Dan Murphy Memorial BBQ and antique glider fly-in, Saturday August 24.
We need volunteers to help with BBQ.

-Discussing problems with H-2 program. There are issues around how to accurately asses a pilots skill level, and when they are safe to soar.

-Modifying the rules to raise the standards of H-2 pilot before soaring.

-Defining who is best qualified to mentor upcoming pilots. Not everyone is instructor grade and how to deal with that.

-Developing a set of helpful Mentor guidelines. Feedback requested!

- Warehoused gliders and the waiting list; There are 10 pilots on the clubhouse waiting list. Should the Clubhouse Manager enforce the “Voting Member” rule and ask some inactive pilots to move their gliders out? Should he move them to purgatory if they don’t move out?
