Regarding the valid times of the aforementioned TFR, I went back and looked at it more closely.

No-fly times for hang gliders are:

Fort Funston
From: 5pm Wednesday April 3
To: 2pm April 4

Ed Levin
From: 5pm Wednesday April 3
To: 6pm Wednesday April 3

From: 9am Thursday April 4
To: 2pm Thursday April 4

For the HG instructors working the EL training hill Thursday, I can't imagine the SS descending upon the LZ and detaining you and your students for busting the TFR. That being said, I believe it is in violation of the letter of the TFR; seems like there oughta be bigger fish to fry.........

You need a secret decoder ring to read these TFR's. I don't have one, so if someone else has a different interpretation, by all means speak up!
