Tom Rust brought up a proposal to instate online voting. After discussion a vote was taken, online voting was rejected.

Safety rules and enforcement issues were discussed.  More discussion in future meetings to take place.

Art Thompson's pending disciplinary action was discussed, Art agreed to abide by the 25' rule in future. A vote was taken by the executive committee, Art will not be suspended at this time.

Tom White was elected secretary.

Due to recent crashes involving hang 2 pilots soaring at Funston, hang 2 pilot program was amended to remove sections allowing hang 2 pilots to soar on the cliff.

Tom Rust took over as liaison to the GGNRA from Steve Rodrigues.

Bob Kuczewski talked about the US Hawks Hang Gliding association, and extended an invitation to the Fellow Feathers to join his organization.
