Lisa Tate (USHPA President), Jayne Depanfilis (Executive Director) and Dick Heckman (Chair, PHTF), considered my request to move the PHTF presentation from 8:30am to the afternoon session and have agreed. This will allow more pilots to attend during the important PHTF and Insurance Committee presentations.
The Insurance Committee is now scheduled for 1:30pm with the PHTF to follow.
For those of you who haven't been following the insurance issue, it is a sure bet changes to the insurance program will be of prime significance to our sport. Two aspects of the insurance program to be discussed are the mandatory Instructor insurance and insurance for powered harnesses. (This is just the committee report. If you want to participate in the Insurance Committee meeting, that takes place at 3:00pm on Friday.)
Again, my apologies for taking so much bandwidth.
