2. Proposal - Per Article V: Officers (Executive Committee), Section 3. Request vote by members of the executive committee to hold club officer elections during regularly scheduled September club meeting. Duly elected officers to hold office from 1 October thru Sept 30th of the following year. This change proposed to increase voter turnout for elections and align with fiscal year
