Flight Log?

It can be fun, as well as a great resource for all of us.
One of the things I'd like to see here is some sort of flight history log similar to MCHGA's "Soaring Log" that documents flights. Even informal and incomplete info will still provide some raw data that someday might be useful.
If and when some individual (or government agency) asks us about our operations, at least we will have some basic numbers... "We had over 5,000 flights last year with "X" number of broken down tubes, minor injuries, major injuries, etc."
