Three PG pilots were bootlegging yesterday on private property near Pescadero beach (those low hills inland of the tidal estuary).
The first, and most experienced launched, and according to one of the other pilots I talked to, had several violent collapses in rapid sequence.
He hit hard.
We flew him to Stanford.
The cops wrote tickets.
