Kurt Schmitz status

As of yesterday evening, Kurt was well enough to be transferred to the Kaiser facility on Geary. He's there now. Any reports on his condition and how long before he leaves the hospital and/or gets to fly again?

Quick up date on Kurt, paraphrased from an email by Anet. (Anet, thanks for all your loving service! S.R.)

Kurt has been transferred to Kaiser Rm-4351A
The number there is (415) 833-1250.

He thrives on contact and your calls and visits will be greatly appreciated, especially right now through this hard time.

Kurt's back home

Postby flyfun2 » Sun Sep 10, 2006 10:32 am

Kurt's been home for most of this week, and anticipates returning to work tomorrow. He's hoping to visit the Fort soon, but will not fly for some weeks yet. What a trooper!

up in the air

Yes, Kurt had a number of small flights on Chris's glider on the 30th. Just enough to get his arm tired (resting it in the second pic), but he was stoked to be back up there....not sure about still being up on this "sticky" though...
