Ward Carter and Duane Cromleigh swimming about in Louisiana

Ward lives in Laffette and Duane is in Opelousas, about 40 miles from the coast. Anyone know how these towns faired in the hurricane and flooding?

I had an e-mail from Ward. Both survived. Ward had no property damage and will be in the Bay Area next week.
